We can scan the cover for and additional $10 (and of course to do this we need you to send us the book). Mail the Title Registration Form (below) a check and the book (if applicable) to: Cool Plums.com, 315 Water St, Cambridge, WI 53523. We absorb the credit card sales fee. We charge the customer a shipping charge which is passed on to you. You will be notified of a sale and given the address where to send the book. When you tell us you have fulfilled the order we will send a check to you for the book and estimated shipping charge. This listing is good for two years and may be renewed after that time for $30. You must discount the book at least 15% off the cover price. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR BOOK REVIEWED the cost for this is an additional $50. We guarantee an objective review by a professional book reviewer.
